The Process

  • Concepting

    Concepting and drawing an idea for a Rojas product involves envisioning, sketching, and refining designs to create a unique and custom item from wood materials.

  • Digital Design

    This is where the magic happens. Transforming a sketch into a digital design involves utilizing software tools to recreate the concept, refine details, and prepare it for further digital processing or production.

  • Machining

    Converting a digital design into a CNC cut product involves translating the design into machine-readable instructions, setting up the CNC machine, and executing precise cutting and shaping processes.

  • Finishings

    Now time for the finishing touches. Whether that be paint, trim, lacquers, polyurethanes, additons or additional finishings, this is where the final product comes to light.
